“Please come to Chelsea King”, “My heart beats for you” – Club is urged by supporters to sign the 27-year-old Belgian superstar.

In today’s Premier League match (October 1) against Liverpool, Brighton & Hove Albion forward Leandro Trossard impressed Chelsea supporters.

The Blues saw their squad come back to upset Crystal Palace 2-1 in their showdown in the Premier League on Saturday. However, following his performance against Liverpool, the Belgian won over the Stamford Bridge crowd.

He scored a hat-trick at Anfield, which enabled the Seagulls to play out a 3-3 draw. The last opponent to score a hat-trick at Anfield was Andrey Arshavin more than ten years ago.

The Chelsea hierarchy was urged to sign Trossard by the supporters, who expressed their views on Twitter. Listed here are some of their tweets:

Trossard, though, played a crucial role in Brighton’s 3-3 draw with Liverpool, scoring a hat-trick to keep the Seagulls in the contest. With a quick touch to take out Trent Alexander-Arnold and a shot into the right-bottom corner, he scored his first goal in the fourth minute.

Only 14 minutes later, he doubled their lead with another goal, and this time the forward was in the ideal spot at precisely the correct time to accept the ball.

However, Roberto Firmino was in fine form for the Reds and scored twice to tie the game. The game appeared to be over for Brighton after Adam Webster’s own goal gave Liverpool the lead, but Trossard wasn’t done with his performance.

The Belgian skillfully snuck into the far post to receive a low cross, cutting through the Liverpool defense once more. The Seagulls were now on par with their hosts after he unleashed a powerful shot that Alisson was helpless to stop.

Due to Trossard’s assistance, they were able to win the game with one point in the end. Liverpool dropped to ninth place, while Brighton remained in fourth place in the Premier League standings.

Responses from Chelsea supporters who want the Belgian star at Stamford Bridge are provided below:

Leandro Trossard, come to Chelsea King, please!

@cescmate: There are still those who think Trossard is unqualified to play for Chelsea.

@SpaceCowboyBM: In an instant, I would choose Trossard for Chelsea. Such a refined athlete

Trossard is a better option than these Chelsea attackers, so include him.

@BeIgiannn: The same guys who do not believe Trossard is on a par with Chelsea believe Mount and Havertz are.

@TomLevins1: Potter’s best course of action is to hire Trossard in January. He is literally superior to all of our attackers, with the exception of Sterling.

That is, of course, IF Graham remains Chelsea’s manager for that long.

@TheChelseaWay: Definitely Trossard’s breakthrough game. Next big move.
