Jose Mourinho wants Chelsea player in January as World Cup winner considering Chelsea move.
Italian media reports claim that Jose Mourinho, the manager of Roma, plans to sign Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah during the January transfer period.
During the summer transfer window, there were rumors that the 23-year-old would leave the club, but Chelsea rejected the move since there weren’t enough players available.
Chalobah has had trouble getting into the lineup this year, making just one appearance in a 2-1 victory over Leicester City.
If the young defender works out for Graham Potter’s intentions remains to be seen.
Prior to the World Cup in Qatar, Roma is reportedly keeping an eye on his position.
However, According to reports, Jose Mourinho’s side could make a swoop if Chalobah does not get regular playing time between now and November.
Meanwhile, Chalobah is said to be excited about a possible link up with the legendary Jose Mourinho, who has also improved Tammy Abraham.
