He won't be able to play for this squad, so I'm afraid about him

Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher is worried about Christian Pulisic’s health now that he is playing for Chelsea.

The former England player is concerned about the 24-year-old American’s potential ineligibility for Qatar’s hosting of the world cup.

The USA international has struggled to recover his form despite Thomas Tuchel’s resignation as Chelsea manager, and he hasn’t been chosen to start a game for the Blues this season.

Pulisic was not a substitute in Chelsea’s 3-0 Champions League triumph over AC Milan on Wednesday night.

During a CBS Sports interview, Carragher was asked about the American’s situation at Stamford Bridge. He said, “where we have been with him in terms of his Chelsea career over the last two years.

But he hasn’t been around much so far. Although Thomas Tuchel didn’t use Graham Potter frequently, he is still a young player. The early games with the new boss are definitely not in to.

Therefore, I believe it’s a little bit concerning for America in terms of the world cup. He doesn’t seem to be at his best right now.

The author remarked, “I just don’t see how he’s going to obtain the gams.” I believe it is quite upsetting for him.
