For the purpose of concentrating on football across the world, Laurence Stewart will be joining Chelsea in a new role as technical director

Stewart, who joined to the Ligue 1 club in June 2020 and is presently its technical director, will join Chelsea after his obligations to AS Monaco are fulfilled. While he was in Monaco, the squad consistently finished third in Ligue 1 and advanced to the 2021 French Cup final.
