Arsenal or Chelsea are the preferred teams for the $100 million midfielder.
Declan Rice, a midfielder for West Ham and a transfer target for Chelsea, is reportedly inclined to join Arsenal.
Rice, 24, has indicated that he would like to play in the Champions League and is anticipated to depart West Ham next summer.
The boyhood club of Rice, the Blues, discharged him when he was just 14 years old, but he is apparently interested in playing for Mikel Arteta’s Gunners.
In comparison to Chelsea, Rice apparently thinks he has a better chance of playing frequently at Arsenal.
Given that Chelsea is now in 10th place in the Premier League, 10 points behind fourth-place Manchester United, it’s possible that Rice won’t be able to watch Chelsea in the Champions League the following year.
For Chelsea to advance to the tournament for the next season, this season’s Champions League victory might be necessary. By coming in the top four, Arsenal is almost guaranteed to advance.
